Brief introduction:


The explosion-proof electric heater (circulation system) consistsof the explosion-proof electric heater (fluid-type), expansion groove, storage tank, circulation pump, pipeline fittings, various physical sensors and electrical control devices.

Working principle:


Use heat transfer medium as carrier. Driven by the circulating pump, the heat transfer medium absorbs and takes away the heat released from electric heater. Its temperature increases. When the medium flows through the heat consuming equipment, its heat is absorbed by the equipment. And then the medium return to circulating pump for heating again. After times of such circulation, the temperature of the heat consuming equipment increases. As a result, it can meet heating process requirements automatically.
