Brief introduction:
PTC tank electric heating rods are used for anti-freezing, anticondensing,heat insulation and viscosity decreasing of media inside tanks, groove pools, liquid storage, gas storage containers in oilfields, refineries, chemical plants, oil depots and all industries, it has replaced the traditional steam, hot water and other heating methods, with significant energy saving, high heat efficiency and other advantages, it is an ideal electric heating equipment.

PTC tank electric heating rods are characterized in following:Rods surface and components surface have low heat loading,that can ensure a long service life. It has an overheating protection structure, to ensure safe use in explosion-proof locations. Electric heating rods are divided into two types of core pulling type and non-core pulling type, the replacement of rod core of the core pulling type won’t affect the normal work of tanks. Energy transferring efficiency is high, and energy saving is significant. Heating elements are thermostats, with low surface heat load. Explosion-proof structure can make it work in II area of explosive gas hazardous places. Green and environmental protection.
