Brief introduction:

Principle of electromagnetic heating:


Tank electromagnetic heating rods are devices using electromagnetic induction principle to convert electric energy to heat energy. Heat generation has two aspects:
1.AC current will produce alternating magnetic field when passing through the coil, while magnetic induction lines inside the magnetic field passing through magnetic conductive metal materials they will produce numerous small vortex in the metal bodies, making metal materials heated by themselves in a high speed.
2.AC current will generate heat when passing through the coil,add two parts of heat can achieve the effect of high efficiency heating.
