Reactor widely applies to indirect heating for tanks, pipelines,non-standard equipment in petroleum, chemical, petrochemical and other industries, especially suitable for methyl chloride and silicon tetrachloride reactors, etc., using temperature can reach 500～650℃, diameter reaches 1.3~3.5m.

Performance characteristics:


Reactor heater means electric heating elements insert or cast in a variety of specific shapes of copper, aluminum or stainless steel materials after being bent and formed, it is characterized in following:
1.High heating temperature, the maximum working temperature of aluminum cast electric heater can reach 400℃; the maximum working temperature of copper cast electric heater can reach 650℃; the maximum working temperature of stainless steel electric heater can reach 550℃;
2.Good effect of heat transfer, using non-ferrous metal copper or aluminum as heat medium;
3.Heating temperature is even, using the installation form Harvard, it can be effectively and tightly close to the device;
4.Long service life, heating length of electric heating elements is totally cast or inserted into castings, no direct contact with medium;
5.Strong mechanical performance, the reactor heater is a shaped integrated body, with good mechanical performance;
6.Reactor size: maximum diameter ≤3.5m;
7.Shape: customize according to user processes, non-standard design, such as arc-shaped, semi-circular and other forms;
8.Electrical control refers to electrical control system and program.

Ordering information:


Since the reactor electric heater has no fixed shape and specification, it requires specific customization, during ordering customers need to supply following ordering parameters:
1.Diameter of heated reactor and range of heating area (for vertical heater it means heating height, for horizontal one it means heating length), and relative location size of interfaces inside this heating area, if it is convenient it’s best to provide a dimensional diagram of the reactor;
2. Heating power;
3.Working temperature and working condition;
4.Environmental requirements towards heater working area;
5.Requirements towards heating surface rating
