Working principle:


The skin electrical heating tracing system is based on the current principle of “skin effect” and “proximity effect”. When intersect a root of high-temperature resistance insulation wire into the carbon steel pipe and connected with the rear end, the front end implements working frequency AC current on the carbon steel pipe and insulation wire, the current produces Joule heat and electromagnetic eddy heating reversely along the carbon steel pipe “inner walls”, make the carbon steel pipe warmed up, while the carbon steel pipe surface is in the “insulation”. Then weld it on the required conveying pipeline as the heating tracing apparatus.
